Between two spectacular natural lake systems with access via a private road -  "Between Two Lakes @ Tuross Head" offers you a slice of paradise to call your own, be it for a few days - or weeks at a time! 


Fully equipped 4 Bedroom Home + 'Tiny-House'  on a private parcel of land with access to the water's edge. Tiny House is available when booking for 10 guests, or by prior arrangement only.

The Space

The 'Main House' over 2 levels features an open plan layout & by opening the glass stacker doors, the covered rear entertaining deck becomes a part of this great space. The water views are ever-changing and captivating.  The upper level of the main house is comprised of a spacious open plan living, dining & kitchen area opening out to the rear entertaining deck via 2 sets of stacker doors. The master bedroom with queen bed is complete with ensuite bathroom & television. Additional two bedrooms adjacent with double beds. 


The lower level of the main house comprises of an 'studio style room' with open plan living area, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and tea + coffee making facilities. The bedroom is semi separate with an adjoining bathroom. 


The Tiny House - Privately positioned within the grounds of the main home - Available to rent in conjunction with the main house when booked for 10 guests or by prior arrangement. 


No party policy – Max 8 guests in main house + 2 in tiny house

Important Details to Note!

Please note, while the property is pet-friendly, the fencing may not be adequate for all animals. It is up to the pet owner to supervise and maintain control of pets. The upper deck is gated.  A $55.00 fee applies per pet, per stay. 


• This is a rural property backing a nature reserve around the lake front - there may be visits from snakes, foxes, spiders, kangaroos, echidnas, possums & other critters - please be aware that children and pets require supervision. 


The lower level of the home is accessible only via external access- there are no internal stairs linking the two levels of the home. 


The Tiny House is only accessible on foot & is approx. 350m from the main residence and is a grassed walk that is sloped. NOTE; the Tiny House is only included when booked for 9+ guests or by prior arrangement. Please confirm details with us at the time of booking.

• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries

• Booking fee $125 – Maximum 10 Guests

 • Refundable guest bond is payable 

• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.


Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms;  Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and  conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all. 


Pets- Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc.  Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedrooms. 


Security Deposit. A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Between Two Lakes Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 


Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 10 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 8 guests. 


A non-refundable booking fee of $125.00 applies to each reservation. 


Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Between Two Lakes. The property is non smoking internally.
